"Done Deal"
We just received word from our Social Worker that CPS couldn't find enough evidence to pursue this case. Basically they (the hospital and CPS) are going to let BM walk out tomorrow with the baby back to the shelter. The Social Worker wants to put us immediately back on the "available" list for child placement. She said that we are one of the best families on the list and will be placed at the top and could have another placement/adoption opportunity soon, she said she would not be surprised if we heard something within 2 weeks (not getting our hopes up). We still have 24 hours before BM can change her mind, however, it looks like she is not going to. Please pray for us. This is such a very sad situation and our hearts are crushed. We are so emotionally drained right now.

What a heartbreaker. I feel so deeply for your family as well as for the new baby. I have been praying fervently and do pray that God would reveal his plan...soon.

There are really no words at this time that are going to make you guys feel any better....just know that we are praying for you and that we love you.

I'm sorry you have to experience this roller coaster. I can only imagine how hard it is to trust in a God who seems to have lead the golden path only to take it away, but He is bringing the two of you closer then you've ever been and does have a devine plan better then the one you can picture. I will pray that He comforts you, holds you, grows you to Him and to each other and that He provides for you a perfect baby!

This is a tough time and we are praying for your peace and continued Faith that God is good.
My heart is so heavy for you both. I cant imagine how sad you must feel. God is faithful and true and ALWAYS has the best for us even when we do not see it. Hold on!
