What's happening?

I am sorry I haven't posted any updates. I've been back to work and really tired. Anyways, the only thing I can share is that the court hearing didn't do anything for us (as told by the SW) and the next court hearing is December 17th. The SW assured me that this would involve many court hearnings and it could take a while. Great! Jim & I are so ready to just hear the words "you are going to adopt Thomas" but so far that is so unclear. So the only update is next court date on December 17th, we still need lots of prayer for all the details involved in this situation. And now it looks like it might be a problem with the Montana trip, not sure. Why does everything have to seem so hard for Jim & I ? So I am getting ready for bed as one tired working mommy, but I knew you were wondering what was happening. Please just pray a lot!!
