What's going on??

Thomas says tonight as he's laying down to bed, "Oh no, what's going on?" I was concerned and said "I don't know what?"  He told me that he could feel his teeth and ears and feet growing.  He thinks he's getting taller and taller.  He told me that he can't wait to be big like his Daddy.
