Fall Harvest....count your blessings

This year, Papa's garden has been more than plentiful. We have enjoyed corn, squash, bell peppers, tomatoes, watermelon, zucchini, cucumbers and of course PUMPKINS! Thomas loves to help Papa in the garden, they water together, pick things together and sometimes just hang out there and play in the mud. The pumpkins must have had some really good fertilizer this year, because they grew so big, some couldn't be moved. Papa carved Thomas' name in one, that got so big they could only sit on it for pictures. Thomas pronounces pumpkin as pukkupa.

Thomas had to help Papa push this one on the dolly,
so Gramma could put it on the front porch. He is such a helper!!

(Below) Thomas & Papa hanging out in the garden, sitting on Thomas' pumpkin.

Count your blessings, one by one.....

Papa's garden sounds a lot like ours, so much stuff and huge too. I had so many pumpkins that I could decorate my house for fall, Stina's house too (she took a wheel barrel full) and I canned pumpkin for future breads and pies. So Awesome!

So cool for Thomas to be exposed to such greatness! He is so loved and he's gettin' so big.
