So much to add.....

Wow, being a mother of 2 has really cut into my time to blog.  I apologize for the lack of posts. 

Hannah has cleared all her doctor appointments with flying colors.  She's become a very happy, active little baby girl.  You'd never know based off what you see, that she had a rough start.  She baby babbles a lot and laughs at big brother. She is almost walking, but still just cruises a lot around the living room. Hannah loves her baby doll, and will rock it while holding it near her chin.  She loves her Minnie Mouse car that plays music!!  She turned 1 on January 20th.  It's hard to believe it's already been a year since she was born and almost a year since our lives changed and we became her parents. 

Update on the adoption process after chatting with the SW last week.  So far, Parental Rights of the biological mom and the (alleged) biological dad have been terminated.  We will only have 1 more FINAL visitation with BM.  An appeal was filed (which is common) so we have to wait for that court hearing to make a ruling.  Unfortunately due to the cuts in government services, there's only a couple juvenile judges, so the hearings are a bit behind.  We are hopeful of finalizing in Spring of 2015.  We are finding a lot of similarities to our first adoption.  It helps to have the same SW, whom we have a great relationship with.  She makes this long process, a little easier.  We are thankful for her!!

Thomas is thriving in school and enjoying art projects.  We increased his days from 2 to 3 so he gets a little more exposure to school.  When we move to Descanso (hopefully by Spring) I will homeschool full time.  He's smarter than most 5 year olds, so we  joke and say we have the next Doogie Howser.....LOL
