The kids are changing almost daily!! Thomas is growing up to be a smart little boy who brings smiles to our faces and puts love in our hearts. He has a passion for airplanes, so last week (we went to visit Grandpa Huston in Palm Springs) we made a stop at the Air Musuem in Palm Springs. When Thomas saw the B-17 and the P-38 his smile was from ear to ear. He loved sitting in the pilot seat and practicing his pilot skills!! He tells us he wants to be an Airtanker Pilot when he grows up :)
He continues to enjoy his Pre-K school at the Lutheran Church. We're sure gonna miss that school when we move. He's made a lot of friends. He's quite the artist (with his paintings) and he has great handwriting and can write small sentences. We are so proud of him. He is growing up way too fast. We wish there was a way to slow that down, for it seems like yesterday he was small like Hannah.
Grandma & Papa got him a bow for Christmas. He had so much fun learning to shoot it at Papa's house. The target was a bale of hay. He hit it twice!! Look out future deer hunter in training....LOL!!
Speaking of Hannah, she's growing into a toddler quickly, too. She started walking 2 weeks ago, and boy can she move. She looks stylish in some of her new shoes, too!! She is a happy baby, and wears a smile most of the time, showing off those baby teeth. She loves her brother and enjoys playing cars with him. It'll be so much fun watching them grow up. Thomas is such a good brother. So protective and helpful.
She loves to drive.
After years of prayers to have a family, Jim & I are enjoying the answers that God has blessed us with. Never could've imagined how great He'd bless us and what beautiful, smart babies we'd have. God is good!!!
Our house in Ramona has sold, and we're waiting the paper processing part. Unfortunately the house in Descanso, isn't quite ready though. So we're packing like crazy, Thomas's room is full of boxes and the dining room is filling up with boxes, too. We're trusting that God will take care of the details of everything.....hopefully before fire season!!
We're excited for our first "car" family vacation in June. Already booked a beautiful vacation home in Cortez, CO. We'll visit Grandma Donohue, Aunts & Uncles and cousins both young and old. It'll be a short trip, since it's in the summer. But it'll be fun to watch all the young cousins play and can't wait for Grandma to meet her littlest Great Grand-daughter!!!
